The steps above are from the Empathy snap on big hitter moments, adapted for remote teams. The exercise continues until all team members have read out their best moments If there is a match, then should do a virtual SNAP! Also, write the names of both participants on the boardĩ. We have worked together for more than one year. This is the last retrospective for this amazing team. On this post, I also share a Mural template I used for facilitating it.
